**Position Summary** The Logistics Manager will manage and direct the flow of materials to our subcontractors. This position will make sure every subcontractor has the right materials, in the right quantity, at the right time to meet tight fabrication schedules. We are currently seeking a detail\-oriented **Logistics Manager** to join our team at our Headquarters Office in Brent, AL. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and direct the flow of materials from suppliers and our facility to subcontractors and fabrication partners. * Ensure subcontractors have everything they need — materials, drawings, hardware and consumables — to meet tight fabrication schedules. * Track material status from order through delivery and proactively resolve shortages, delays or discrepancies. * Plan and schedule shipments, pickups and deliveries to minimize downtime and keep fabrication moving. * Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors on material needs and delivery timing. * Confirm subcontractor requirements ahead of each fabrication phase and close any gaps before they affect the schedule. * Build strong, professional working relationships with subcontractors, vendors and carriers. * Wo...
