Raytheon\-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S), a dynamic and fast\-growing joint venture between Raytheon and Rafael, is seeking a results\-driven **Assistant Controller** to support execution of major defense programs—most notably the Iron Dome AUR production, Marine Corp Medium Range Intercept (MRIC) and future Air Defense systems. The **Assistant Controller** will play an important role in managing the R2S accounting department’s daily operations, with focus on financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting, internal controls, and audit support. Reporting to the Controller, this position requires a strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), operational know\-how, technical accounting expertise, and strong communication skills.
