**General Manager** **Summary:** Leading by example, general managers or operating partners will train, oversee, and perform duties of team members as well as all other duties and responsibilities of management. Provides exceptional customer service and ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant experience. Making sure the team and shop runs smoothly by preforming the following duties. **Duties and Responsibilities:** (Duties will evolve with growth) * Compliant with all Corporate Operational practices/weekly schedule and truly agrees with the importance of following these practices. * Manager shift duties \- Open and close the shop on time based on The Baked Bear operations guidelines, close down the register at the end of the night and balance drawer, make deposit, create change order and record petty cash over/under. Bakes cookies according to store procedures. Delegates and ensures deep cleaning, store organization, inventory rotation are being followed. * Works the front of the house and line with the team \- Greets customers in a courteous manner as they enter the store.
