**Overview:** The **Advertising Operations Specialist** serves as an operational partner within the enterprise brand advertising team, advancing efficiency, strengthening cross\-functional alignment, and supporting seamless execution of creative and advertising initiatives. This position directly supports the Brand Advertising Operations Lead. The work will include translating complex inputs into clear action plans, creative and production logistics, final asset archiving, coordinating agency onboardings and on\-going trainings, and enabling cross\-agency collaboration across a fast\-moving portfolio and other special assignments. Core responsibilities span operational coordination, fielding ad hoc requests, creative production logistics, collaboration across internal teams and external agency partners, and the development of leadership\-ready materials that support informed decision\-making and effective execution.
