**Tucker’s is growing in Tulsa!** With two locations already serving up our signature onion burgers, we’re opening another Tulsa location and looking for a **General Manager** to help lead the next chapter of Tucker’s Onion Burgers in the community. We’re looking for a hands\-on leader who knows how to build strong teams, create a great guest experience, and bring our values of executional excellence, intentional service, extreme hospitality, and culinary trust to life every day. **POSITION** **SUMMARY:** The General Manager is ultimately responsible for maintaining a positive and friendly store environment, ensuring EXTREME HOSPITALITY to both our guests and Team Members. The General Manager creates the tone and personality of the store by being an advocate of training, guest service, hospitality, product knowledge, education, food and beverage quality, and promoting safe and sanitary work practices. The General Manager leads all Team Members in the smooth, efficient, profitable, and safe operation of the store.
