POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The Senior Research Coordinator is responsible for the day\-to\-day oversight and coordination of clinical research operations, including participant recruitment, retention, screening, enrollment, follow\-up, clinic activities, data collection, and field\-based research activities. This position supervises research staff, manages participant tracking systems, coordinates clinic and community\-based operations, and ensures compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies.
