Join Our Team Chester Water Authority is seeking a skilled and motivated Plant Applications Analyst to support and enhance the technology systems that help power our water treatment operations. This role combines IT infrastructure, application support, cybersecurity, networking, data analytics, and operational technology support in a dynamic and mission\-critical environment. Key Responsibilities · Support and maintain treatment plant applications, databases, reporting systems, and operational technologies. · Administer and troubleshoot Windows servers, virtual environments, and related infrastructure. · Provide end\-user support for computers, printers, mobile devices, and VoIP systems. · Assist with network administration, including switching, VLANs, connectivity, and cabling. · Develop reports, automation, scripts, and analytical tools to improve operational efficiency. · Implement and support cybersecurity initiatives, including patch management, endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation, and access controls. · Coordinate with vendors and internal staff to resolve technical issues and support technology projects. · Assist with camera systems, door access systems, and drone...
