**Training Coordinator** **Department:** Programs **Reports to:** Programs **Job Level:** Coordinator **Status:** Full\-Time, Hourly, Non\-Exempt, Limited Duration 24 Months **Schedule:** 40 hours per week **Pay Range:** $26\.83–$32\.79 per hour **Location:** Portland, Oregon, with regular regional travel throughout Oregon and Washington **Position Summary** The Training Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of Northwest Native Chamber’s training and education programs. The position serves as a central point of coordination between participants, instructors, Tribal communities, training providers, NWNC program staff, and external partners to ensure training opportunities are accessible, well\-organized, culturally responsive, and connected to workforce and economic development opportunities. The position will initially have a significant focus on NWNC’s clean energy and workforce programming, including Home Energy Assessment Training (HEAT), energy efficiency and Building Performance Institute (BPI) training, contractor education, and related workforce activities.
