We are looking for an **Installation Supervisor** to work alongside our Construction Supervisor and help lead the day\-to\-day field execution of commercial solar projects. This is a hands\-on field position for someone with commercial electrical or construction experience who is ready to take on more responsibility. You will help coordinate crews, prepare upcoming projects, oversee installation quality and safety, and keep work moving in the field.
