**Operations Manager – Site Operations** **Location:** Houston / Pasadena, TX **Employment Type:** Full\-Time, Exempt **Reports To:** Director of Operations **Position Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Operations Manager** to lead all aspects of a high\-volume warehouse/transload operation. This position has **full site responsibility** and is accountable for safety, customer service, labor management, productivity, quality, staffing, and financial performance.
