HC Financial is seeking an experienced **Managed Lanes Toll Revenue Subject Matter Expert (SME)** to support a potential multi\-year public\-sector financial analysis engagement. The selected consultant will provide specialized transportation\-finance and tolling expertise in support of HC Financial's Engagement Lead, who will retain primary responsibility for the engagement and perform the majority of the financial analysis, modeling and forecast review, risk assessment, reporting, and client coordination. **Engagement Structure** This is a **1099 independent contractor opportunity** supporting an active proposal.
