**POSITION SUMMARY** The Administrator / Executive Director directs the day\-to\-day operations of Everett Transitional Care Services (ETCS), in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing long\-term care. This leader is accountable for clinical excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and a community culture rooted in Bethany’s core values. The Administrator acts with full delegated administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for the facility.
