Reporting to the Corporate HR Manager in Rancho Cucamonga, California, you will partner with local management to strengthen communication, support consistent HR practices and ensure timely follow\-through. **What you will do** * Provide daily HR support to employees and supervisors on policies, attendance, performance and employee relations; coordinate sensitive matters with Corporate HR. * Coordinate recruiting, staffing agency relationships, onboarding and employee transitions. * Assist with benefits, leave requests, workers’ compensation, timekeeping and payroll questions. * Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in Paylocity and support audits, reporting and compliance. * Coordinate trainin...
