The PRN Pharmacist provides as\-needed clinical and operational pharmacy services in a hospital setting to support safe, effective, and evidence\-based medication use. This role is responsible for interpreting, verifying, and processing medication orders; performing drug utilization reviews; and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize pharmacotherapy. The PRN Pharmacist supports patient care needs based on variable scheduling, patient volume, and operational demand while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies. Work is performed under the supervision of pharmacy leadership and in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of MSRH.
