Autos In Motion is seeking an experienced **Controller / Head of Accounting** to lead the accounting and financial operations of our company. This is a hands\-on leadership role for someone who can take ownership of the accounting function while providing management with clear, accurate, and useful financial information. **Experience in the trucking industry is a strong plus, but not required.** **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee day\-to\-day accounting operations * Prepare and review monthly financial statements * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable * Oversee bank reconciliations, general ledger activity, and month\-end close * Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting * Analyze company profitability, operating costs, and financial performance * Develop and maintain financial controls and accounting procedures * Work closely with ownership and management on financial planning and decision\-making * Monitor receivables, payables, and working capital * Coordinate with outside CPAs, banks, insurance providers, and other financial partners as needed * Improve financial reporting and provide management with useful financial and operational KPIs **Qualifications...
