**Physical Therapist (PT)** **Location:** Cody, WY **Job Type:** Contract **Contract:** 13 Weeks **Pay Rate: $ 2,000 To $ 2,200 per week** **Schedule:** Day Shift \| Monday Friday \| Rotating Saturday Coverage **Experience:** Minimum 2 Years Required **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Physical Therapist (PT) Inpatient / Home Health** for a 13\-week contract position in Cody, Wyoming. The Physical Therapist will primarily provide inpatient and home health rehabilitation services while helping patients improve mobility, strength, function, safety, and independence. Home health vehicles are provided for patient visits, and candidates should be comfortable working across both inpatient and community\-based settings. Holiday and rotating Saturday coverage may be required. **Responsibilities** Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy plans based on mobility, functional limitations, safety needs, and rehabilitation goals.
