**Pay Range:** $70,000 to $80,000 Employment eligibility is verified through E\-Verify Job Summary As a Manager in Training (MIT) at RWB Thrift, you will participate in a structured training program designed to prepare you for assignment as a General Manager. During this training period, you will learn how to ensure financial success and operational excellence of a store by developing skills in sales, profitability, production quotas, customer service, and leadership. While not assigned to a store yet, you will train alongside experienced leaders, gain hands\-on experience, and develop the competencies needed to drive business results. You will learn to role\-model expected behaviors and observe, assess, and coach team members in alignment with company goals. Upon successful completion of training, you will be assigned to a store location as soon as one becomes available, with the expectation of taking full ownership of the store’s performance and team.
