Responsibilities: * Follows the make\-ready checklist to complete necessary repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to resident move\-in, as directed by the Supervisor or manager * Inspects sheetrock and makes repairs; caulks and seals windows, sink areas, toilets, bathtubs, and showers; and performs touch\-up paint * Maintains an inventory of supplies and equipment needed for make\-ready tasks * Cuts expenses by fixing rather than replacing parts, and avoiding being wasteful with supplies * Assists with property curb appeal by picking up trash, pressure\-washing, performing general cleaning, and painting, as needed * Complies with safety and risk\-management policies by participatin...
