Other duties may be assigned: * Provide exceptional customer service to customers * Serve as primary liaison with customers * Support and provide oversight for the Customer Service Representatives. * Open and/or close registers and prepare nightly deposits. * Greet and assist all walk\-in customers in the store * Meet, greet, and assist all valet drive\-up customers at their car * Process customer phone and personal relations * Consultatively assist customers with cleaning, stain and/or finishing needs and/or concerns * Sort and examine articles, picking out those that may need hand spotting, or stain treatment * Occasionally assist back\-of\-house team members, including assemblin...
