**First Merchants Bank is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team! This position will motivate, manage, coach and lead the sales and service activities for all regions. Provide leadership and guidance to Market Leaders and banking center management teams in reviewing goals and objectives, assessing progress to goals and making adjustments as necessary when banking centers are not achieving goals.
