Robinson Investments Ltd. is looking to hire a Facilities Maintenance Technician in the Bellefontaine, Ohio area. Facilities Maintenance Technicians perform preventative and corrective maintenance to keep our facilities in optimal condition and ensure our tenants have a safe, comfortable, and productive space. They will be responding to tenant service requests, work orders, general building maintenance repairs, internal \& external repairs including, but not limited to, plumbing, HVAC \& electrical systems, interior finishes, roofing, grounds keeping, landscaping, and equipment. **The Essential Functions of the position are as follows:** * Observe and enforce all safety regulations and practices. * Complete all maintenance \& repairs as directed by Facilities Manager. * Maintain a clean, clear and safe work environment. * Perform continuous inspections of the property, building structures, and their systems, to provide recommendations for repair/replacement to management. * Troubleshoot to replace or repair defective components on buildings and installed systems. * Complete repairs to interior finishes including floor covering, drywall, painting, suspended ceilings, and tiles. * Ut...
