**Customer Service Rep II** **Job Summary/Objective** * Pick\-up and deliver mail, parcels, and other items to customers within established timeframes and service standards * Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages. * Handle time\-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages * Participate in cross\-training * Provide copier key operator services * Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude * Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment * Take direction from supervisor or site manager * Maintain all logs and reporting documentation, with attention to detail * Adhere to all safety procedures * Adhere to all applicable Federal, State, Local and Company safety and traffic regulations/policies * Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisory team * Demonstrates high levels of safety awareness and notifies supervisor of potential hazards * Follows the security and privacy policies, standards, and guidelines to protect the informational assets of both the company and their customers * Performs other duties as required * Repetitive motion is required: may require twi...
