**Director of Marketing** **Company:** Starborn Industries **Reports To:** General Manager **Location:** Edison, New Jersey **Position Summary** The Director of Marketing will lead the marketing function for a growing manufacturer of innovative fastening solutions serving the decking and building materials industry. This position will lead a team consisting of a **Brand Manager and Digital Marketing Manager** while remaining hands\-on in the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy. The primary focus of this role will be **Product Marketing and Innovation**. The Director will work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to identify market opportunities, help steer the innovation pipeline, and successfully bring new products from concept through commercialization. This role requires a commercially minded, hands\-on leader who can balance product strategy and innovation with oversight of brand, digital marketing, packaging, sales enablement, and other marketing functions.
