**Reports to:** *Operations Manager* **POSITION OVERVIEW** Craft Lake City is seeking a dynamic and community\-centered Community Engagement Coordinator to lead communications, social media, and volunteer programming across the organization. This role serves as a key voice and connector for Craft Lake City — managing how the organization communicates with its community, recruiting and coordinating volunteers for major events, and providing cross\-departmental support for ticketing, youth programming, outdoor exhibitions, and craft workshops. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about amplifying the stories of Utah's local creative community. This is a full\-time, contract position with a weekly commitment of 40 hours, beginning immediately upon hiring. Hours increase in the lead\-up to major events. The Community Engagement Coordinator is required to be on\-site for the full duration of the DIY Festival, Holiday Market, Makers Mart, and LetterWest, including setup and breakdown.
