As we continue to strengthen our in-house capabilities, you'll support day-to-day campaign operations, reporting and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with teams across Talent Acquisition and Employer branding, gaining hands-on experience in how data, digital marketing and operational processes support hiring at scale. What you'll do Support the day-to-day monitoring of paid recruitment marketing campaigns and flag anything that needs attention Keep job listings live, accurate and correctly categorised across active boards Support weekly performance reporting across impressions, clicks, applications, cost per application and candidate pipeline contribution, and flag unusual performance or budget pacing.
