**Emelody Worldwide is hiring a Purchasing Manager for Building 100 in Apopka, FL. This role owns procurement for BLDG 100 and runs all shipping and receiving for items procured for the facility.** Responsibilities \- Source, quote, and purchase materials, supplies, tools, and equipment needed for BLDG 100 operations \- Place and track purchase orders; work with vendors on pricing, lead times, and delivery \- Own shipping and receiving for procured items: schedule inbound/outbound freight, inspect deliveries, resolve shortages or damage, and keep receiving records accurate \- Maintain inventory awareness for purchased goods and flag shortages before they affect work \- Coordinate with shop and operations on priorities, rush needs, and preferred suppliers \- Keep purchasing and receiving documentation organized for audits and accounting Requirements \- Hands\-on purchasing or procurement experience (manufacturing, industrial, or facilities preferred) \- Experience with shipping/receiving, freight coordination, or warehouse intake \- Strong vendor communication and follow\-through \- Comfortable with purchase orders, packing slips, and basic inventory tracking \- Reliable on\-site pr...
