**Job Summary** As the General Manager, you will oversee all personal and operational aspects of the club, ensuring it runs efficiently and provides an excellent experience for all members. You will actively sell memberships, address customer concerns, and drive new client acquisition. With a sales background, you will confidently promote memberships and training services, manage day\-to\-day tasks, welcome guests and members, and lead staff to work as a cohesive unit. As the face of the club, you will be personable, self\-motivated, and an effective leader. **Essential Functions** * Fitness consultations * Training services * Member education * Driving results * Goals and alignment * Cleanliness * Continued learning **Qualifications** * Fitness\-industry experience not required; strong communication and soft skills are * 18 years or older * Friendly, outgoing, and warm * Genuine and honest * Available to work flexible hours (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends) * Technologically savvy * Self\-motivated * Good at managing time and schedules * CPR, First Aid, and AED Certified Work Location: In person
