Provide incident monitoring (impacting one user/small group) related to security infrastructure and support and perform tasks necessary to ensure timely remediation for protection of information assets. **Key Duties and Responsibilities*** Monitor, triage, and diagnose security events as part of a security operations center. * Escalate security events within the ONE Gas environment. Support the coordination of appropriate stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve. * Complete tasks assigned in order to accomplish approved security infrastructure and security configuration changes. * Collaborate with other IT and security personnel on security technology and support issues. * Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job. * Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned. **Education Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, MIS, Computer Science, or related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and additional work experience.
