Job Summary: The Procurement Agent will be responsible for serving as the designated purchasing agent for the organization. In this role, you will collaborate with departmental representatives to identify their procurement needs, act as a liaison between internal departments and external suppliers, and oversee the procurement process from start to finish. You will also be responsible for creating and managing formal purchase orders, updating vendor pricing, coordinating with the warehouse team for storeroom replenishments, and collaborating with the receiving team for product deliveries. Through effective procurement strategies, you will ensure the availability of goods necessary to support the organization's operations. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to team members who are required to collaborate with Supply Chain Management to ensure adherence to proper order procedures.
