* **This is an in office position, Monday\-Friday** * **Locations: Orem, Utah, South Jordan, UT** * **Behavioral health experience preferred** **Purpose \-** The Clinical Outreach Specialist increases appropriate admissions through strong relationships with healthcare providers, therapists, psychiatrists, hospitals, inpatient programs, schools, community partners, and other referral sources. Success in this role is measured by qualified referral activity, trusted provider relationships, admissions generated through outreach, accurate CRM documentation, and the ability to educate referral sources on the Company treatment model and appropriate clinical fit. **Key Performance Indicators and Reporting** * Complete assigned monthly outreach goals, including standard targets of 40 provider meetings, 4 tours, and 1 hosted event unless adjusted by Outreach Leadership. * Achieve assigned revenue, referral, admissions, or census\-support goals for the territory. * Maintain accurate CRM documentation for 100% of meaningful referral source contacts, meetings, tours, follow\-ups, barriers, and next steps. * Develop and maintain a current target account list and preferred provider network for th...
