Coordinates Facility Projects to ensure a safe, timely and economical completion, compliance with codes and regulations, customer satisfaction, quality standards. Scope of projects include moderate costs, risk and visibility. Other duties as assigned. **EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:** A minimum of 4 years of related work experience necessary involving renovation and/or remodeling projects which include but is not limited to: Blue print reading. (Auto CAD experience necessary); obtaining contractor proposals; Outside contractor coordination/supervision is required. Prior experience in work delegation is preferred. **EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:**Bachelor of Science (Mechanical, Electrical, Architect), or equivalent is required.
