Project Manager/ Site Superintendent An opportunity to join a tight knit, highly skilled team of construction professionals. We are a mid\-size general contracting firm specializing in commercial construction, looking to add a team member with a passion for building and exceeding client expectations. Commercial construction experience and a positive attitude a plus. Tasks include: * Attend bid meetings. * Utilize project management software for submittals, buyouts, RFQ's, RFI's and more. * Coordinate subcontractors and labor daily. * Submit daily reports and update schedule. * Prepare for and manage weekly/ monthly progress meetings. * Read and interpret plans and specs. * Produce "As Builts" and manage closeout docs. * Problem solve and maintain a clean and orderly jobsite. **Qualifications:** * Must work well with others. * 2 Years Experience. * Must be able to read plans. * Good organizational skills with an attention to detail. * Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
