**Position Purpose:** The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of inbound and outbound materials to support production and customer delivery requirements. This position serves as a key link between production, customer service, warehouses, carriers, and customers to ensure products are shipped accurately, cost\-effectively, and on time. The role also supports inventory accuracy, transportation troubleshooting, documentation compliance, and plant administrative activities to help maintain efficient day\-to\-day operations. **Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities:** * Review customer orders, production schedules, and inventory availability to coordinate outbound shipment plans. * Coordinate with carriers, customer service, production, and shipping personnel to schedule pickups and deliveries and ensure customer requirements are met. * Monitor shipment status, track freight movement, and proactively communicate delays, missed pickups, or service concerns. * Prepare and maintain shipping documentation including bills of lading, shipping labels, carrier paperwork, and customer portal uploads. * Maintain accurate transportation record...
