**Hilton Engineering Corp.** is seeking a **Mechanical Project Manager / Project Engineer** to manage and supervise mechanical construction projects from estimating and planning through execution, coordination, and project closeout. We are looking for an organized, proactive professional with strong leadership skills and experience coordinating field personnel, materials, subcontractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, and clients. Key Responsibilities * Manage mechanical construction projects from planning through completion and turnover. * Manage and coordinate projects with values of approximately **$5K–$2M**, on Pharma, Medical Device, Hotel and Hospitals industry. * Prepare project estimates, budgets, and cost analyses. * Review construction drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and contract documents. * Prepare material, equipment, and labor take\-offs. * Request, review, and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations. * Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment. * Develop and maintain project schedules. * Supervise and coordinate field personnel, foremen, technicians, and subcontractors. * Monitor project costs, progress, productivity, and budget perf...
