We're hiring a Business Development Manager to find, win, and grow new work in the public and private sectors. **What you'll do** * Find and pursue federal, state, local, and private opportunities using SAM.gov, ConstructConnect, and Dodge * Build lasting relationships with architects, engineers, owners, developers, and owners' reps * Build and manage a pipeline that hits monthly and quarterly sales goals * Work with Estimating so leads move smoothly into proposals * Lead contract negotiations and stay clients' main contact from preconstruction through closeout * Research market trends and present strategy recommendations to leadership * Represent B2 at trade shows and industry groups, and help manage our social media **What you bring** * 5–10 years in commercial construction, including 5\+ years in business development or a client\-facing role...
