We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail\-oriented Dispatcher / Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing daily trip requests, maintaining accurate trip information and calendars, communicating with drivers regarding scheduled field trips, and ensuring that completed trip information is properly documented for billing and dispatch purposes. The ideal candidate has dispatch experience, strong data\-entry skills, excellent organization, and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Trip Requests \& Client Emails Monitor and respond to client emails on a daily basis. Review incoming field trip requests and confirm all necessary trip details.
