**Job Overview** Koi Resort Saint Kitts, Curio Collection by Hilton is a 102\-room boutique hotel located on the island of Saint Kitts in the Caribbean, and we are looking for an experienced Engineering Superintendent who is eager to relocate and be a part of our onsite team. This position is responsible for maintaining the entire hotel facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance practices as well as ensuring the upkeep of all guest areas to maintain an attractive hotel. **TYPICAL DUTIES** * Conduct walk\-throughs and visually assess the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the physical structure(s) of the hotel, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and any other related equipment. * Verify completion of all routine maintenance on public spaces, meeting rooms, food and beverage outlets, back of the house spaces, and hotel grounds.
