**About This Role** The Early Learning Shared Services Specialist II will collaborate with local Child Care Resource \& Referral agency, Recruiters, and Child Care Management Systems (CCMS) (ELV, Brightwheel, Procare) to promote and implement the Shared Services Model. This position serves as the primary contact for Family Child Providers (FCC) and centers, working closely with them to address their needs and concerns. Key responsibilities include conducting monthly learning communities, tracking attendance, and managing the use of services provided by CCMS. **What You'll Do** **Essential Duties:** * Recruit and engage Family Child Providers and centers to join the Shared Services program. * Partner with agencies to provide support and resources to Family Child Providers and centers. * Present at training meetings and events to promote the Shared Services Model. * Create and distribute promotional materials to raise awareness about the Shared Services Model. * Manage the group website and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless integration of services. * Provide training and support to Family Child Providers and centers on the use of various platforms. * Host monthly learning co...
