**A Brief Overview** Perform advanced\-level statistical analysis at all phases of a research project, from protocol development and study design through data analysis and writing up and reporting results **What You Will Do** * Evaluate research studies, recommend statistical procedures, and prepare statistical plans independently, including, but not limited to, hypothesis tests, regression models, meta\-analysis and survival analysis to analyze the data. * Prepare comprehensive statistical reports to communicate findings with investigators. Prepare statistical components of presentations, abstracts, study protocols, and manuscripts. * Describe statistical methods and results to fellow biostatisticians/methodologists as well as to broader audiences with less statistical expertise such as research faculty and staff. * Program and create datasets using SAS, R, SQL or Python; combine multiple raw data sets, execute data cleaning and quality control procedures, and derive analytic variables as a data scientist.
