**About this Job** ------------------ The mission of the Department of Insurance is to enforce the insurance laws and regulations of the state impartially, honestly and expeditiously. The Louisiana Department of Insurance is seeking an **Accounting Technician** to join the Office of Management \& Finance/Fiscal Division. This division is responsible for supporting the agency's financial operations through the processing and management of accounts payable, financial reporting, and fiscal compliance activities. In this role, you will assist with invoice processing, payment reconciliations, financial recordkeeping, and other accounting functions that help ensure the efficient and accurate administration of agency funds.
