Are you organized, comfortable with computers, and good at keeping people and projects on track? We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of daily service operations, communicate clearly, and make sure work gets completed. This position supports service coordination for Aiken Mobile Home Parts \& Service and affiliated Aiken Housing Center operations. **About the Position** You will coordinate customer service requests, work orders, technician and subcontractor schedules, materials, and follow\-up. This is an office\-based management and coordination role requiring attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage several priorities at once. **Responsibilities** * Organize and track service requests, jobs, and work orders from start to completion. * Schedule technicians and subcontractors and follow up on their progress. * Communicate with customers about appointments, project status, and next steps. * Coordinate parts and materials needed to complete work. * Maintain accurate notes, schedules, photos, invoices, and job records. * Monitor outstanding work and address delays or missing information. * Keep management informed of issues that need attention...
