This role identifies customer needs, recommends tailored solutions and builds lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long\-term value. Responsibilities Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses. Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts. Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities. Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
