**J\&P Hospitality Management, LLC** **Job Description** **Job Title:** Special Operations Manager **Reports to:** Regional Vice President (RVP) **FLSA Status:** Exempt **Location:** Field\-Based, Multi\-State Travel (up to 90%) **Direct Reports:** 8\+, depending on assignment **Department:** Property Operations **JOB SUMMARY**: The Special Operations Manager (SOM) temporarily fills the role of General Manager at assigned hotel locations during transitions such as vacancies, new acquisitions, or performance turnarounds. While on assignment, the SOM is fully responsible for all property operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction. This is a hands\-on leadership position that requires travel, flexibility, and a deep understanding of hotel operations.
