**What You’ll Be Doing** The Patient Services Specialist is responsible for greeting/check\-in in patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and reception support for the clinic. The successful candidate will be able to: * Check patients in and obtain patient information utilizing the web\-based on\-site * Schedule appointments and follow\-up with appointments as needed * Collect and post proper patient payment, including print appropriate receipts * Perform insurance eligibility checks prior to patient appointments * Answer all phone calls timely, and in a professional and courteous manner * Route calls and messages appropriately * Effectively communicate with all staff and providers amongst all clinics * Perform any and all other duties as assigned **What We’re Looking For** * High School Diploma or GED required * Experience in the medical field, preferred * Excellent PC skills, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite * Strong organizational skills and ability to multi\-task * Ability to thrive in a busy, fast\-paced clinic setting and maintain a passion to help those in need * Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required * Work ind...
