**Job Title:** Construction Manager **Location:** Service Center, 4041 North 72 nd Street, Omaha, NE 68134 **Reports To:** Director of Buildings and Grounds **Work Schedule/FLSA Status:** 12\-month **/** exempt **Salary Schedule:** Commensurate with education and experience **Position Purpose:** Works with the Director of Buildings and Grounds, as well as the Supervisor of Schoolhouse Planning, on in\-house design for renovations, modifications and professional services provided by architects and engineers relating to remodeling and new construction. **Essential Performance Responsibilities** * Participates in planning sessions, community meetings, and workshops as required. * Participates in establishing project objectives, reviewing designs, preparing cost estimates, reviewing constructability, and participates in developing bidding documents. * Conducts project field inspections, reviews shop drawings, material usage, invoices, and documents for change orders. * Coordination and monitoring of the District performed remodeling, modifications, and general construction work, along with remodeling and new construction designed by architectural and engineering professionals. * Submit...
