**WORK SHIFT:** First Shift (United States of America)**JOB DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for managing, directing, motivating, and reporting safety and quality aspects of the packaging line and the general work area using the M.O.S. guidelines. Supervise and coordinate activities of personnel assigned in the operating of injection molding machines, secondary equipment and packaging process as well as assembly operation of all products as required. Reviews the schedule daily and formulates a plan to complete the schedule in the required time **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** * Ensuring correct reporting of manufacturing operating ERP system transactions, MOS documents, time studies (Observations), and scheduling of labor and machines, daily assignments, vacations, and absentee coverage. * Create assigned employee’s performance appraisals in an accurate, clear, and non\-biased performance manner.
