**DESCRIPTION** --------------- Amazon Leo is seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Senior Financial Analyst to build and run the financial controllership mechanisms for our global Customer Operations organization. This role is critical to ensuring Leo has accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting as we scale from early launch toward full commercial operations. As a member of our Global Customer Operations (GCOPS) Finance team, you will own the month\-end close process for customer operations cost lines, build reporting infrastructure that provides leadership with clear visibility into financial performance, and develop the automated mechanisms that will scale with the business. You will be the person who ensures the numbers are right – and that the organization knows what's driving them.
