Job description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Medical Assistant** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is medically trained, possesses strong clinical skills, and has a solid understanding of the human immune system. Previous experience in allergy, immunology, or ENT is preferred but not required. Responsibilities * Prepare and monitor patients for allergy testing procedures * Administer allergy injections and monitor patient responses * Accurately document patient information and maintain medical records * Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures * Educate patients on treatment plans and office protocols * Support front office operations as needed, including: * Answering phones * Scheduling appointments * Verifying patient information * Other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications * Medical Assistant certification or relevant medical training preferred * Knowledge of medical terminology, medications, and clinical procedures * Strong understanding of the human immune system * Previous allergy, immunology, or ENT experience is a plus * Excellent communication and patient\-service skills * Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced en...
