**Patient Service Specialist Team Lead** **Position Summary** The Front Office Team Lead assists the Department Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the medical office front desk, ensuring efficient patient scheduling, registration, insurance verification, customer service, and administrative workflows while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies. **This role performs all duties of a Patient Service Specialist** in addition to providing day\-to\-day leadership and operational support to front office staff to promote efficiency, consistency, and an exceptional patient experience. **Key Responsibilities** **Leadership \& Supervision** * Lead, train, and mentor front office staff. * Monitor employee performance and provide coaching as needed. * Serves as a secondary point of contact for front office issues and escalations. * Assists with staff scheduling, provides coverage for other locations and shifts as needed, and supports the department manager with assigned tasks and additional duties as required. **Patient Services** * Ensure patients receive professional and courteous service. * Resolve patient concerns and complaints promptly. ...
