Description: **Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician** **Reports to: VP of Operations** Tates Rents has been serving the Idaho since 1946 and is now employee owned. The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the company’s physical locations and grounds to ensure they are clean, safe, functional, and visually appealing. This role includes hands\-on facility upkeep, coordination of repairs, vendor management, and light construction or improvement projects across multiple store locations. **Essential Job Duties:** * Perform general building maintenance including basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and light electrical repairs. * Conduct lawn, irrigation, and landscape maintenance at multiple store locations, mowing, trimming, fertilizing, weed control, and system checks. * Operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, pressure washers, and other tools to maintain exterior spaces. * Perform pressure washing, sweeping, and cleaning of parking lots, sidewalks, and exterior surfaces. * Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety issues. * Coordinate and oversee outside ven...
